These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the tg288 platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any bets. By accessing tg288, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.

You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to register and use tg288. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
tg288 supports BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay. All transactions are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Withdrawals require completed KYC verification and are processed within minutes for verified accounts.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as specified at the time of the offer. tg288 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time. Bonus abuse or exploitation of system errors will result in account suspension.
Each member may hold only one account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity conducted under your account credentials is your responsibility. Report unauthorized access to support immediately.
Collusion, match-fixing, use of automated bots, chargebacks, money laundering, and any form of fraud are strictly prohibited. tg288 employs real-time monitoring and will suspend accounts pending investigation where prohibited conduct is suspected.
tg288 is not liable for losses arising from technical failures outside our reasonable control, including third-party payment processor outages, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events. Maximum aggregate liability is limited to the net deposits in your account at the time of the claim.
The following Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member", "User", "You") and tg288 ("Platform", "We", "Us", "Our"), an internationally operated online betting and gaming platform serving English-preference players across Indonesia. By creating an account, making a deposit, or using any feature of tg288, you unconditionally accept this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the platform.

To register and maintain an Account on tg288, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
Each individual person may hold only one Account on tg288 at any time. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balance held therein.
You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number as they appear on your government-issued identity documents. You are responsible for keeping this information current. tg288 reserves the right to request updated documentation at any time.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. tg288 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure. You must notify tg288 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your Account.
Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or gift your Account or any balance within it to any other person. Attempts to do so will result in immediate account closure.
tg288 is required to verify the identity of all Members before processing withdrawals. KYC verification may also be triggered at tg288's discretion at any point during a Member's use of the Platform.
KYC verification typically requires the following documents, though tg288 reserves the right to request additional documentation as necessary:
tg288 aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 24 hours of receiving a complete document submission. Complex cases or cases requiring additional verification may take up to 72 hours. Withdrawals will be held pending successful KYC completion.
If a Member fails to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within 30 days of a formal request, tg288 reserves the right to restrict account functionality, suspend withdrawal access, and ultimately close the Account. Any Balance attributable solely to real-money deposits (net of any Bonus Funds) will be returned via the original deposit method subject to satisfactory identity confirmation.
All deposits on tg288 are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). tg288 does not charge deposit fees, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges. The following payment methods are accepted:

Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — deposits made from an account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited and will be refunded and may trigger an account review. tg288 reserves the right to impose maximum deposit limits at the account or system level at its discretion.
Withdrawals are available to Members who have completed KYC verification and whose Account is in good standing. All withdrawals must be directed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the Member's own name, matching the name on file with tg288. Cross-name withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
tg288 targets withdrawal processing within 5 minutes for verified accounts during standard banking hours (06:00–22:00 WIB, UTC+7). Requests submitted outside these hours will be queued and processed at the earliest opportunity when banking services resume. tg288 is not responsible for delays attributable to the receiving bank's internal processing schedules.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum single withdrawal limits may apply and will be communicated in the Member's account dashboard. High-value withdrawals may require additional verification steps consistent with our KYC and AML obligations.
Withdrawals of Bonus Funds or winnings generated from Bonus Funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirements associated with the relevant promotion. Real-money deposits that have not been subject to any bonus offer may generally be withdrawn without wagering requirements, subject to standard KYC and fraud-prevention checks.
Bonuses and promotional offers are available to eligible Members as communicated on the Platform from time to time. Eligibility criteria, wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible markets, and expiry dates are specified individually for each promotion and form part of this Agreement when accepted.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds carry a minimum wagering requirement of 10x the bonus amount on qualifying markets before withdrawal is permitted. Bets placed on certain low-margin markets — including but not limited to Asian Handicap bets with odds below 1.50 — may not count toward wagering requirements or may count at a reduced rate as specified in the promotion terms.
tg288 reserves the right to void bonuses, void related winnings, and suspend or close Accounts where it reasonably determines that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing offsetting bets across accounts, exploiting system errors or miscalculated odds, or engaging in any strategy designed to circumvent the intent of a promotion.
tg288 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where practicable. Promotions are void where prohibited and may not be available to all Members or in all circumstances. tg288 is not responsible for typographical errors in promotional materials, which may be corrected at any time.
A bet is considered accepted only when tg288's system has confirmed the transaction and issued a unique bet reference number. Bets placed during system interruptions, at odds that are clearly erroneous, or on markets that have been suspended are void. tg288 does not accept bets placed after the relevant event has commenced unless the market is specifically offered as an in-play/live-betting market.
tg288 reserves the right to change odds and suspend markets at any time prior to bet acceptance. Accepted bets will be settled at the odds displayed at the time of acceptance, except where a palpable error in odds has occurred, in which case tg288 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake.
Specific rules apply to individual product categories — sportsbook, live casino, slot games, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), crash games, and sabung ayam (cockfighting) virtual and live markets. These product-specific rules are published within each game or market interface and form part of this Agreement. In the event of a conflict between product-specific rules and this Agreement, the product-specific rules shall prevail for matters relating to that specific product.
tg288's decision on the settlement of all bets and games is final, subject only to the dispute resolution process described in this Agreement. Settlement disputes must be raised within 30 days of the relevant settlement date. Disputes raised after this period will not be accepted.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on tg288 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:
All content on tg288 — including but not limited to the tg288 name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, data, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of tg288 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from tg288 without the prior written consent of tg288. Any unauthorized use of tg288's intellectual property will constitute a material breach of this Agreement and may give rise to legal action.

Responsible gaming measures, once activated, cannot be immediately reversed. Downward adjustments to limits (i.e., reductions) take effect immediately. Upward adjustments (i.e., increases) are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for the duration of the selected exclusion period. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. tg288 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any odds, scores, statistics, or other information displayed on the Platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tg288 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if tg288 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
tg288's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim or series of related claims arising out of this Agreement shall not exceed the net real-money Balance held in that Member's Account at the time the relevant claim arises, or Rp 10.000.000 (ten million Rupiah), whichever is lower.
tg288 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under this Agreement where such failure or delay is caused by a Force Majeure event. tg288 will endeavor to restore normal service as quickly as reasonably practicable following any Force Majeure event and will notify affected Members via the Platform or registered email address.
tg288 reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to any Account at any time and without prior notice where it reasonably suspects a breach of this Agreement, ongoing fraud, money laundering, or other prohibited conduct. During a suspension, the Member's Balance will be held and will not accrue any interest. tg288 will endeavor to complete any investigation within 30 business days, after which a decision will be communicated to the Member.
Members may request Account closure at any time by contacting tg288 support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance (net of any Bonus Funds subject to uncompleted wagering requirements) will be returned to the Member's verified payment method within 5 business days, subject to satisfactory KYC completion.
Where an Account is closed by tg288 due to a material breach of this Agreement — including but not limited to fraud, bonus abuse, multiple accounts, or prohibited conduct — tg288 reserves the right to forfeit the entire Account Balance, including both real-money funds and Bonus Funds, and to pursue any additional legal remedies available.
tg288 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to Members via the Platform and/or by email to the registered address at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect, where reasonably practicable. Minor amendments (including typographical corrections, clarifications, or changes required by applicable law) may take effect immediately.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 14.2.
The current version of this Agreement, including the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page, is always the authoritative version. Previous versions are available upon request by contacting tg288 support.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which tg288 holds its international operating license. Nothing in this clause limits any mandatory consumer protection rights you may hold under the laws of Indonesia.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, you agree to first contact tg288 support in good faith and allow a period of 30 days for the parties to attempt to resolve the dispute informally before escalating to formal proceedings.
If the parties are unable to resolve a dispute informally within the 30-day period, either party may escalate the matter to binding arbitration under internationally recognized arbitration rules. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties, subject only to the right of appeal provided under the applicable arbitration rules.
If any clause or provision of this Agreement is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the Agreement. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect and shall be construed as if the severed provision had not been included.
